a structured approach to aesthetic medicine

Assessment first. Treatment when appropriate.

Every patient undergoes a comprehensive assessment before any treatment is considered.

Not all patients require treatment.

All patients benefit from a structured plan.

Consultations are required prior to any treatment. Individual suitability must be assessed.

A different way to approach skin

Most aesthetic treatments are offered as individual services.

Our approach is different.

Care is structured around clinical assessment, diagnosis, and long term planning - not isolated treatments.

This allows:

  • A clearer understanding of your skin

  • More appropriate treatment selection

  • Safer, more consistent outcomes over time.

We focus on why your skin behaves the way it does - not just how to treat it.

Treatment recommendations are made based on medical judgement and individual circumstances.

total skin health approach

Not all patients require treatments - but all patients benefit from a plan.

The approach recommended depends on:

  • Skin type and sensitivity

  • Depth and severity of the concern

  • Underlying causes (vascular, pigment, structural)

  • Area being treated

  • Number and combination of treatments required

  • Safety considerations and downtime tolerance

For this reason, pricing and treatment pathways are discussed after assessment. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following consultation.

Why this approach matters

  • Reduces unnecessary or inappropriate treatments

  • Supports long-term skin health, not short-term fixes

  • Allows treatments to be layered safely and effectively

  • Provides clarity around expectations, timelines and outcomes

This is a medical approach to aesthetic care - not a menu of treatments

What we commonly assess

We focus on understanding the underlying drivers of skin concerns, rather than treating isolated features.

Management is individualised and may involve a combination of modalities where appropriate.

treatment is selected with purpose

Rather than offering single treatments, care is structured around a personalised plan.

Where appropriate, management may include:

  • Energy-Based Devices

    • Laser and light-based technologies (including Etherea platform) used to address pigmentation, vascular concerns, texture, and skin quality.

  • Collagen Induction & Skin Remodelling

    • Microneedling and mesotherapy-based approaches to improve skin structure and quality.

  • Regenerative & Biostimulatory Treatments

    • Including PRP, Rejuran, and collagen-stimulating approaches to support tissue repair and skin function.

  • Prescription Treatments

    • Prescription-only treatments may be considered where clinically appropriate.

  • Targeted Skincare

    • Personalised skincare programs to support and maintain results.

Treatments are not selected in isolation - they are integrated into a broader plan
